Paying KOS 2022 Fall Meeting Registration with Credit or Debit Card
To register and pay with a credit/debit card please follow these directions. We ask that you still fill out the registration form sign it and mail it to Max Thompson or fill out the Adobe form, save it and email that to Max. Max's postal and email address are on the registration form.
For each item that you want to add to your registration click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you are registering for more than one person, you can click on the button as needed OR change the number on the shopping cart page at PayPal and press update. Each new item you add will take you to your shopping cart. You can press continue shopping to go back and add more items or just switch between windows.
To be certain to have a banquet meal must be registered by September 23!
No refunds for cancellations after September 27, 2022.
